Food Processors:

  1. Select either of our two offers from the offer page on this website to either agree to co-pack food products for U.S. Grown, or to purchase the U.S. Grown label from us.
  2. Agree to a rigid certification process to assure that all food products bearing the U.S. Grown label are from 100% U.S. grown food.¹
  3. Agree to publicize U.S. Grown products via our posters, video and other display items.

Grocery Stores:

Grocery Stores are invited to participate in the U.S. Grown food labeling program by:

  1. Agreeing to purchase products from the U.S. Grown product line featured on this website.
  2. Agreeing to waive or minimize any attendant slotting fees.
  3. Agreeing to publicize U.S. Grown products via our posters, video, and other display items.
  4. Agreeing to purchase the U.S. Grown label to be placed on your in store brands.
  5. Agreeing to a rigid certification process to assure that all in store food brand products bearing the U.S. Grown label are from 100% U.S. grown food.¹

Farmers and Growers Associations:

  1. Growers Associations are requested to participate in the U.S. Grown food labeling program by:
  2. Passing a resolution stating its support for the U.S. Grown program.
  3. Assisting U.S. Grown in promotional efforts to get the word out.
  4. Assisting U.S. Grown in approaching food processors and grocery stores.

Wholesale and Retail Nursery Industry Firms:

  1. Agree to purchase the U.S. Grown label to be placed on your U.S. grown plants, flowers, trees and shrubs grown in the United States.
  2. Agree to publicize U.S. grown nursery products via our posters, video and other display items.
  3. Agree to a rigid certification process to assure that all nursery products bearing the U.S. Grown label are from 100% U.S. grown nursery products.
